  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 strips cooked bacon, chopped
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Extra ketchup for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, bacon, eggs, milk, onion, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix the ingredients until evenly combined, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan, pressing it down gently to shape.
  5. Spread a thin layer of ketchup on top for added flavor.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
