1 cup white rice, uncooked
1 ½ cups beef broth
1 cup milk

½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
Add ground beef, cook until browned. Drain excess grease.

Bring to a slight simmer, then transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove foil, stir, and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake uncovered for another 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use brown rice for a healthier option (adjust cooking time accordingly).
Swap cheddar for mozzarella or Monterey Jack for a different flavor.
Add veggies like bell peppers or peas for extra nutrition.
