This Garlic Butter Chicken recipe features tender chicken breasts seared and simmered in a rich garlic butter sauce. It’s an easy and delicious meal perfect for weeknights, served with rice, veggies, or pasta.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken:
    Season both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Sear the chicken:
    In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
