Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (for topping)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Stir in garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix in cream cheese until melted and combined, then remove from heat.
  • Add the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese to the beef mixture.
  • Flatten each biscuit dough round and fill the center with a spoonful of the beef mixture. Fold the dough over and pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball.
  • Place the balls seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • For added flavor, brush the bombs with garlic butter after baking.
  • Serve with ketchup, ranch, or marinara for dipping.
