  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Asiago cheese, grated
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken on both sides until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
