1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
1 cup beef broth
1 cup elbow macaroni
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Instructions
In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add the diced onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
Add the elbow macaroni and cook until pasta is tender, about 10-12 minutes.
Stir in shredded cheese, if using, until melted.
