  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup elbow macaroni
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add the diced onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
  • Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add the elbow macaroni and cook until pasta is tender, about 10-12 minutes.
  • Stir in shredded cheese, if using, until melted.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
  • Add bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
  • Leftovers store well in the fridge for up to 3 days.
