    • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced)
    • 2 tbsp butter
    • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
    • 2 cups chicken broth
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • 8 oz egg noodles
    • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
    • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, then bring to a simmer. Add egg noodles and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese and return the cooked chicken to the pan. Mix well until the sauce thickens.
