4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and black pepper, to taste
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken and coat evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours in the fridge).
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
