1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Skewers (wooden or metal)
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes.
In a bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add shrimp and marinate for at least 20 minutes (up to 1 hour).
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Thread shrimp onto skewers.
Grill for 2–3 minutes per side, or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
