Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ripe peaches, sliced

  • 6 cups water

  • 3 black tea bags

  • 1/3 cup honey or sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

  • Ice cubes

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine peaches and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.

  2. Mash peaches gently, then strain through a fine mesh to extract juice.

  3. In another pot, boil 4 cups of water. Remove from heat and steep black tea bags for 5–7 minutes.

  4. Remove tea bags and stir in honey or sugar while tea is still warm.

  5. Combine peach juice, lemon juice (if using), and sweetened tea. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

  6. Serve over ice, garnished with peach slices or mint if desired.

Notes

  • Use white or yellow peaches based on your flavor preference.

  • You can swap honey with agave or a sugar substitute.

  • For stronger flavor, steep tea longer or use more bags.
