These baked meatballs are tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Made with high-quality ingredients, they’re perfect for pairing with pasta, adding to sandwiches, or enjoying on their own as a delicious appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and milk. Mix gently until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into evenly sized meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 18–20 minutes, or until fully cooked and browned on the outside.
  • Remove from the oven and serve immediately with your favorite sauce, pasta, or as an appetizer.

Notes

  • For softer meatballs, avoid overmixing the ingredients.
  • You can substitute breadcrumbs with panko for extra texture.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
