  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
