  • 1 package (16 oz) potato gnocchi
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onion, garlic, carrots, and celery until softened (5-7 minutes).
  • Add chicken broth, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in shredded chicken and gnocchi. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until gnocchi is tender.
