  • 1 can condensed golden mushroom soup
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet dry Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken breasts until browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Set aside.
