Instructions

  • Prepare Batter: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and sugar.
  • Mix Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in diced apples.
  • Heat Oil: Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
