This Baked Garlic Bread Dip is a cheesy, garlicky delight, perfect for dipping with crusty bread or crackers. Made with cream cheese, mozzarella, and garlic, it’s a crowd-pleasing appetizer for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Baguette slices or crackers for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and spread evenly.
