  • 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tablespoons)

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Lightly grease a baking dish and place chicken breasts inside.

  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  4. Pour the lemon butter mixture over the chicken.

  5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  6. Baste chicken with pan juices halfway through cooking.

  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices before serving.
