Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 cup dry white wine

  • 1/2 cup plain or seasoned bread crumbs

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • In a baking dish, arrange shrimp in a single layer.

  • In a bowl, mix garlic, melted butter, olive oil, white wine, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

  • Pour mixture over shrimp evenly.

  • In another bowl, combine bread crumbs and chopped parsley. Sprinkle over shrimp.

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until shrimp are pink and bread crumbs are golden.

 

  • Serve hot with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Use fresh or frozen shrimp (thawed) for best results.

  • Can be served over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread.

 

  • Add Parmesan to bread crumbs for extra flavor.
