  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix heavy cream, chicken broth, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
