This Baked Tuscan Chicken recipe is a creamy and flavorful dish made with tender chicken breasts, garlic, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and a rich parmesan cream sauce. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup baby spinach
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (in oil, drained)
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear chicken on both sides until golden brown.
Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté garlic.
Add cream, chicken broth, parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth.
Add spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, cook until wilted.
Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over the top.
Bake in oven for 20–25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Serve over pasta, mashed potatoes, or rice. Can be made ahead and reheated.
