This Banana Pudding Rice Krispies recipe combines the classic flavors of banana pudding with the crispy, chewy texture of Rice Krispies treats. A simple, no-bake dessert packed with banana flavor, marshmallows, and vanilla wafers for the ultimate sweet snack.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup crushed vanilla wafer cookies
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 10 oz marshmallows
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

 

  • ½ cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add 10 oz marshmallows and stir until fully melted.
  2. Remove from heat and mix in the banana pudding mix and vanilla extract. Stir well.
  3. Fold in Rice Krispies cereal, mini marshmallows, and crushed vanilla wafer cookies.
  4. Press the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch pan, using a spatula to flatten evenly.
  5. Let cool, then drizzle with melted white chocolate (if using).
  6. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • For extra banana flavor, add banana extract or mashed banana.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
