This beef enchilada casserole with corn tortillas is a flavorful and satisfying Mexican dish. Ingredients

  • Ground beef
  • Corn tortillas
  • Enchilada sauce
  • Shredded cheese
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Spices (cumin, chili powder)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook onions and garlic until soft. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Stir in spices, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
