This Berry Croissant Bake is a deliciously easy breakfast casserole featuring buttery croissants, fresh mixed berries, and a sweet custard. Baked until golden and fluffy, it's a perfect make-ahead dish for brunch, holidays, or special occasions.

  • 6 croissants, torn into pieces
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Arrange croissant pieces in the dish and top with berries.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  • Pour custard mixture evenly over croissants and berries.
  • Let sit for 10 minutes to absorb, then bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
