  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup penne pasta
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 ciabatta roll (optional, for panini-style serving)

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden brown and fully cooked. Slice into strips.
  • In a saucepan, combine honey, black pepper, soy sauce, and vinegar. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  • Toss cooked chicken in the honey pepper sauce.
  • In a separate pan, melt butter and add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.
  • Add cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well.
