2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon black pepper, freshly ground
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix sliced chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
