  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 4 cups broccoli florets (steamed)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (optional)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for breadcrumbs, optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  • In a 9x13-inch baking dish, layer the steamed broccoli and cooked chicken evenly.
  • Pour the creamy sauce mixture over the chicken and broccoli, spreading it evenly.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  • (Optional) In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the cheese layer.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the top is golden brown.
