  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).

  • Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

  • Add cocoa powder, eggs (one at a time), and vanilla. Mix until combined.
