12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
2 chicken breasts, cubed
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup ranch dressing
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add cubed chicken, season with onion powder, salt, and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, ranch dressing, and shredded cheeses. Cook until smooth and creamy.
