  • 8 oz pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 5 oz Boursin cheese (Garlic & Fine Herbs flavor)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
