  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix stuffing mix with chicken broth until moistened. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, milk, and black pepper. Spread this mixture evenly over the chicken.
  • Top the chicken with the moistened stuffing. Drizzle melted butter over the stuffing.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked (165°F internal temperature) and the stuffing is golden brown.
