1 1/4 cups (150g) all-purpose flour
1/4 cup (30g) powdered sugar
1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, cold and cubed
1 large egg yolk
2 tbsp cold water
Ganache Filling:
8 oz (225g) bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
2 tbsp unsalted butter
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a food processor, pulse flour and sugar. Add butter and pulse until crumbly.
Add egg yolk and water, mix until dough forms.
Press dough into tart pan. Prick base with fork.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden. Cool completely.
