  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions
