Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  • In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla, and mix well.
  • Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined.
  • Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
