  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla and sour cream.
  5. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Drizzle honey over the crust, then sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the honey.
  6. Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes, until set.
  7. Cool for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. For glaze: Mix powdered sugar and milk, then drizzle over the cheesecake before serving.
