  • 6 slices of bread (toasted)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded or sliced)
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 medium tomatoes (sliced)
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 boiled eggs (sliced, optional)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (softened)

Instructions

  • Toast the bread slices until golden brown and lightly crisp.
  • Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each toast, followed by mayonnaise on the other side.
