6 slices of bread (toasted)
2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded or sliced)
4 lettuce leaves
2 medium tomatoes (sliced)
4 slices of cheese
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 boiled eggs (sliced, optional)
2 tablespoons butter (softened)
Instructions
Toast the bread slices until golden brown and lightly crisp.
Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of each toast, followed by mayonnaise on the other side.
Layer the first slice with lettuce, tomato slices, chicken, and a slice of cheese.
