This Copycat Longhorn Parmesan Crusted Chicken recipe is a delicious homemade version of the restaurant favorite. Perfectly seasoned and grilled chicken breast is topped with a creamy, cheesy Parmesan crust for an irresistible dinner. Great for weeknights or special occasions!

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
