  • 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced green onions. Mix well.
  • Slice the slider buns in half horizontally, keeping the top and bottom halves intact. Place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  • Evenly spread the chicken mixture over the bottom buns, then place the top halves back on.
  • Brush melted butter over the top buns. Sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!

Notes

  • You can prepare the chicken mixture ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • For extra flavor, add sliced jalapeños or a drizzle of hot sauce to the chicken mixture.
  • These sliders are perfect for freezing. Wrap individually and reheat in the oven when needed.
