  • Zest of 1 orange

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
  2. Mix flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, and butter until crumbly. Add egg and mix.
  3. Press half the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. In a bowl, combine cranberries, remaining sugar, cornstarch, and orange zest.
  5. Spread cranberry mixture over the crust.
  6. Crumble the remaining dough over the cranberry layer.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before cutting into bars.
