  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into bottom of pan.

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, mixing until creamy.

  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.

  • Blend in sour cream, flour, and salt until smooth.

  • Pour filling over crust and smooth the top.

  • Bake for 55–60 minutes or until center is set.

 

  • Let cool completely, then refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
