  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season chicken with 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning and sauté until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

  • Add garlic, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes to the skillet; cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until sauce thickens.
