  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Flatten chicken breasts to an even thickness and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place a slice of ham and Swiss cheese on each chicken breast, then roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
