2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
For Garlic Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp flour
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste
Pound chicken breasts to even thickness. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
