4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
1 packet of au jus gravy mix
6-8 pepperoncini peppers, plus extra for garnish
1/2 cup unsalted butter, sliced
Slider buns
Fresh lettuce, for serving
Pickle slices, for serving (optional)
Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the Crock Pot.
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
Arrange the pepperoncini peppers around the chicken and add the sliced butter on top.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shreddable.
Shred the chicken using two forks and mix well with the juices in the Crock Pot.
Toast the slider buns, if desired.
Assemble the sliders by placing shredded chicken on the buns. Add lettuce, extra pepperoncini, and pickles as preferred.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
