  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet of au jus gravy mix
  • 6-8 pepperoncini peppers, plus extra for garnish
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, sliced
  • Slider buns
  • Fresh lettuce, for serving
  • Pickle slices, for serving (optional)

Instructions

  • Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the Crock Pot.
  • Sprinkle the ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix evenly over the chicken.
  • Arrange the pepperoncini peppers around the chicken and add the sliced butter on top.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily shreddable.
  • Shred the chicken using two forks and mix well with the juices in the Crock Pot.
