These Crock Pot Ranch Chicken Sandwiches are a delicious, easy-to-make meal with tender shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, and creamy goodness. Perfect for busy weeknights or game day gatherings!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper

 

  • 6 sandwich buns

Instructions

  • Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  • Sprinkle ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper over the chicken.
  • Pour in cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
  • Shred the chicken with two forks.
  • Stir in softened cream cheese until well combined.
