Crockpot Taco Spaghetti combines the bold flavors of tacos with hearty spaghetti for a delicious, slow-cooked meal the whole family will love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 8 oz spaghetti, broken in half
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, cilantro, green onions

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and mix well.
  3. In a crockpot, combine cooked ground beef, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth. Stir well.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  5. Add spaghetti noodles to the crockpot and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 30-40 minutes until pasta is tender.
  6. Stir in shredded cheese and let it melt.
  7. Serve warm with optional toppings.

Notes

  • For extra spice, use hot diced tomatoes or add jalapeños.
  • Substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
  • Stir occasionally when adding the spaghetti to avoid clumping.
