Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and cooled

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: diced red onion, celery, or green onions for added crunch

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
