  • 1 ½ cups fresh or frozen raspberries

  • ¾ cup granulated sugar (divided)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 cup milk

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional: cinnamon or nutmeg for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a bowl, combine peaches, raspberries, ¼ cup sugar, and lemon juice. Set aside.

  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and remaining sugar.
