1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

For the Street Corn Topping:
2 cups grilled or roasted corn kernels
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup cotija cheese (crumbled)
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
For the Jalapeno Lime Ranch:
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 jalapeno (seeded and minced)
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
To Assemble:
8 small flour or corn tortillas
Additional lime wedges for serving
Instructions
Prepare the Fried Chicken:
Marinate chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture, coating evenly.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry chicken until golden and crispy (about 3-4 minutes per side). Drain on paper towels.
Make the Street Corn Topping:
In a bowl, mix grilled corn, mayonnaise, cotija cheese, lime juice, chili powder, and chopped cilantro. Set aside.
Prepare Jalapeno Lime Ranch:
In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, minced jalapeno, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Assemble the Tacos:
