  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  • Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top of the lobster shells and gently pull the meat out, placing it on top.

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • Brush the mixture generously over the lobster meat.
