  • 4 potatoes, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until soft. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In a large bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth.
  • Layer the potato slices in a greased casserole dish. Spread half of the beef mixture over the potatoes.
  • Pour half of the soup mixture over the beef, then repeat layers.
  • Top with shredded cheese.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
